ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

I have been incessantly PURSUING my Passions a majority OF MY LIFE, MOST OF THAT TIME WITHOUT A CAMERA IN TOW. 

My life has taken me to some truly amazing places, desolate winter landscapes in the mountains, barren rock cliffs, deserts, avalanche scoured valleys, and open water ocean swims. Places, where at times, the earth seems to be devoid of human hands and at times humans themselves. During those early years of backpacking and hiking, I was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis). While that diagnosis has altered my trajectory substantially, the fire in my belly for an adventure outside of the norm has only grown. Not having pictures of a majority of my active life has left me with a few fading memories of where I’ve been and what I’ve seen. I’m in a unique position to know the loss of some of those adventures and as a result, my life's passion has become about capturing the essence of those adventures, mine and yours, through a lens. I love capturing those moments when we are authentic to ourselves, where we are so engrossed in the pursuit of something that we love and that fills our souls with so happiness and joy, that nothing else matters. There’s a magic in those moments that’s impossible to describe, but not to feel.
